To make the first visit smooth, please bring:
- Any previous prescriptions or treatment records (if any)
- List of current medicines (including sleep meds, supplements)
- Relevant reports (brain imaging, thyroid, B12, vitamin D, etc., if done)
- A brief note of your main concerns, symptoms, and when they started
- If possible, a trusted family member can accompany you (optional)

Yes. We offer online consultations through secure video calls. After you book, you’ll receive the meeting details and any simple pre-session instructions.

Most sessions last 45–60 minutes. If a longer session is recommended, we’ll discuss it with you in advance. Follow up sessions last between 15-30 minutes.
Not always. Many people need medication for a limited period—for example, a few months to a year—depending on the condition, severity, and recovery.
Some conditions may need longer-term treatment to prevent relapse. Your doctor will regularly review your progress and, when appropriate, plan a gradual taper. Please don’t stop medicines suddenly without medical guidance.
Not necessarily. In the first consultation, we focus on understanding your concerns, history, and goals. If medication is likely to help, it may be prescribed only after discussing benefits, possible side effects, and alternatives.
For some people, the first step may be counselling/therapy, lifestyle changes, or investigations. If medication is started, it’s usually with the lowest effective dose and regular follow-up.
Yes. Your privacy is very important to us. Information shared during consultations is kept confidential, except in rare situations where safety and legal requirements apply.
