My Journey

The human mind has always fascinated me. As a psychiatrist, I am constantly reminded that behind a few seconds of observable behaviour lie years of experiences, emotions, relationships, and life events. Understanding these layers is what drew me to the field of mental health.

During my MBBS training, I realized that true healing goes beyond treating symptoms alone. Holistic care requires understanding the individual behind the illness—their history, circumstances, strengths, and struggles. This perspective became the foundation of my approach to psychiatry.

Today, I am committed to making mental healthcare accessible, understandable, and free from stigma. In a world where misinformation about mental health is common, my mission is to bridge the gap between confusion and clarity by providing accurate, evidence-based, and up-to-date psychiatric care.

I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where individuals can openly discuss their concerns and work towards recovery. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, or other mental health challenges, my goal is to help them move from worry to hope and from uncertainty to empowerment.

I received my postgraduate training in Psychiatry from K. J. Somaiya Medical College and Research Centre and have worked in some of Mumbai's leading public healthcare institutions, including Bhabha Hospital, Rajawadi Hospital, and KEM Hospital. Through these experiences, I have had the privilege of working with patients from diverse backgrounds and managing a wide range of psychiatric conditions.

With over six years of clinical experience, I continue to combine scientific evidence with compassionate care, helping individuals and families navigate mental health challenges with confidence and hope.
